What is Sealcoating?

Sealcoating is a layer of coal tar emulsion applied to the asphalt pavement. This layer helps to protect against weathering and oxidation. It also beautifies your investment.

Yes, we guarantee our driveways for one year from the date of installation. This is the industry standards.

When is the best time to Sealcoat my driveway?

In the Midwest, we're always up against mother nature. The best time would be between June and September. We typically try not to sealcoat on days that are over 90 degrees  or under 65 degrees. since its takes longer for the Sealer to cure.

How long do I have to stay off my driveway after sealcoating?

We recommend staying off the driveway for a minimum of 24 hours. If the temperature is higher than 90 degrees, we recommend staying off of it for at least 72 hours.

How long do I have to stay off my new driveway?

We recommend staying off of the new driveway for at least 48 hours depending on weather. If the temperature is higher than 90 degrees, we recommend staying off of it for a min of 72 hours.

What do I need to do to prep my driveway for Sealcoating or Asphalt?

All we ask is that you remove any cars or objects off the driveway. We take care of all the prepping.
